What Data we collect:

The bot may collect and store the following data of users that use the bots commands:

• Discord User ID
• Discord Server ID
• Characters Sheets uploaded by the user
Additionally, we collect fully anonymous usage statistics regarding command usage and dice rolls.

How we collect data:

If a server owner decides to invite the bot to a server, the bot will recieve all text messages sent in this server in all text channels the bot has access to.
It's the responsibility of the server owner to inform users of their Discord server of the data the bot collects.



Data Retention:

User data used by the bot is stored indefinitely.


Your rights:

In accordance to the GDPR, users have the following rights:

• The right to access their data on request,
• The right to update or change their data
• The right to remove their data,
• The right to obtain a copy of their data in a portable format.
If the bot gets removed from a server we will delete all related user data within 7 Days.
Additionally, users can mark their data to be deleted within 7 days by using the command !privacy opt-out
The exception to this rule, are users who bought Premium access for the bot. In this case, they get deleted once their premium expires.
